How can I check the status of my order?

 

After purchasing, you will receive an invoice and an e-mail confirming your order. Orders are accepted immediately. Production and delivery times are provided for each product / service. If you want to check your order, please contact us Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm.

Can I cancel the order?

The order can be canceled only if it is in the basket. To do this, click the "remove product" icon. If your order has already been paid, you can cancel it within one hour of purchase by contacting us by email or phone.

Remember - orders sent for production cannot be canceled!

Can I order a product that I did not find on the site?

If you have not found the product you are interested in, please send an inquiry to doragraphics@yahoo.com or use the form in the contact tab. We will check our production capabilities and prepare an individual offer for you.

Do you issue VAT invoices? Where can i find it?

The store system generates an invoice automatically when the order changes its status to "sent" but it is not VAT invoice

Is it possible to divide the order into smaller parts, e.g. packing 100 pieces?

It is not possible.

I noticed an error and want to replace the print file. How can I do this?

​

Replacement of the file for printing is only possible for orders where the files are rejected and for orders that were not sent for printing. To replace the print file, please contact us immediately.

Remember - it is not possible to change print files if the order is already in print.

Can you scale my design to the format I chose in my order?

Yes, we always check your file and scale the file if needed.

Do you check and correct content (spelling, punctuation, factual errors)?

We never check and correct the content. Checking and correcting errors is on your side, so always check your project carefully before ordering. At the request of our clients, we only make paid corrections

Does the deadline count from the moment the order is placed?

​

The deadline is counted from the moment the files are accepted for printing and the order is sent for printing. Remember that the planned deadlines for completing the order are always given on our website for every product.
